II. Press the “Curd Button” present on the display. Also, choose your preferred consistency level from there, including Soft Curd or Thick Curd, whatever you like. The fermentation takes place for about 6.5 hours for Soft Curd, and it takes about 7.5 hours for Thick Curd.
